How to use

  1. G Pen Micro+ USB-C charging port

    Charge

    • Plug a USB‑C cable into the port on the bottom of the battery.
    • Red LED = charging · Green LED = fully charged.
    • LED flashes 5 times when the battery is low.
  2. Loading concentrate into the G Pen Micro+

    Load

    • Twist off the mouthpiece assembly, then twist off the tank.
    • Add your concentrate to the ceramic chamber inside the tank.
    • Reassemble the tank and mouthpiece before use.

    Less is more. A small, rice-sized amount of concentrate works best. Overfilling the chamber clogs the airpath.

  3. Setting heat level on the G Pen Micro+

    • Click 5 times to power on. The LED lights up.
    • Click 3 times to cycle through heat levels.

  4. Heating and drawing from the G Pen Micro+

    Heat & Draw

    • The LED flashes then goes solid when the chamber is ready.
    • Draw steadily through the mouthpiece while the LED is solid.
    • Device auto powers off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

    Hot surface: Do not touch the tank or tank cover for at least 5 minutes after use.

Common questions
Device won't turn on

Click the button 5 times quickly. If nothing happens, charge the device. The LED will turn red when charging. Make sure the tank is fully twisted onto the battery before trying again.

Vapor is thin or weak

Try a higher heat setting. Make sure the concentrate is loaded into the chamber (not on the walls). Clean the tank regularly. Residue buildup on the ceramic reduces efficiency.

Airflow feels blocked

Remove the mouthpiece assembly and check for buildup. Soak the mouthpiece in isopropyl alcohol and clean the airpath with a cotton swab. Overfilling the chamber is the most common cause.

What does the LED flashing 3 times mean?

Three blinks on startup usually indicates a short circuit or improper tank connection. Remove the tank, clean the connection threads, and reattach firmly.
